Job Description:

Digital Marketing Manager 

Pay Range: $48,000 - $52,000 annually 

Location:  Fort Lauderdale, FL 

Medical Knowledge: Not required. Training provided.

We are looking for a passionate and creative content creator who can write engaging copy, design beautiful marketing materials, and manage the entire marketing mix online with pizazz. This work-from-home position directly supports all storefront and integrated Liquivida locations, helping to turn around a variety requests and inquiries to adequately grow their locations. This individual shall report to the Chief Marketing Officer, while working hands-on with various partners to execute various public relations, video marketing, among other tactics managed from Hubspot and our (POS) point of sale systems. 

Influencer Marketing:

  • Supervise the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
  • Manage all social media pages, which include monitoring, reviewing, and responding to comments on both sponsored and regular posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Post daily on the main Liquivida page and invite users to “Like” our Facebook & Instagram page using Hubspot or other approved platforms
  • Manage social media content calendar and post regularly about special promos, offers and best practices per our content marketing strategy
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social contentVisit storefront Liquivida locations once a week to produce live content for stories and posting
  • Work with Liquivida staff at each location to optimize time spent capturing / creating content


Social Media Marketing/ Management:

  • Build, coach, and optimize influencer marketing network by recruiting, training, and managing participating influencers
  • Enforce branding and product integration guidelines for each influencer
  • Work with wellness coordinators to schedule, coordinate and execute various guerrilla / demo marketing event
  • Schedule and keep an organized calendar of photo-shoots / influencer service appointments
  • Oversee payment schedule for each influencer on the network
  • Monitor and keep a record of influencers KPIs, including daily social media exposure


Digital Marketing:

  • Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media ads / campaigns via HubSpot 

  • Manage all Google and Facebook ads, optimizing them and improving their CPL, CAC, and customer lifetime value

  • Support all storefront locations with their marketing requests, providing weekly reports about their campaigns

  • Execute appropriate budget for promoting social media posts, per leadership direction

  • Assist with creating content, including designing posts, video and images for use on social media

  • Engage in email and text campaigns using Hubspot, RingCentral, Zenoti, and other platforms

  • Create drip campaigns and automated emails to influence storefront client retention

  • Work with other team members to ensure branding is consistent & well managed at each location

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must excel in graphic design by dominating the use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign 

  • Tech-savvy with basic understanding of customer relationship management, specifically using software such as Salesforce or Hubspot 

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills to conduct brand training and enhance our appeal via webinars, videos, and other training tools 

  • Able to embrace analytical reports in order to connect the dots from various data sources and improve digital marketing performance on Facebook and Google Ads 

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications 

  • 5 years of experience in a design, marketing or communications role
