Digital Marketing Manager
Pay Range: $48,000 - $52,000 annually
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Medical Knowledge: Not required. Training provided.
We are looking for a passionate and creative content creator who can write engaging copy, design beautiful marketing materials, and manage the entire marketing mix online with pizazz. This work-from-home position directly supports all storefront and integrated Liquivida locations, helping to turn around a variety requests and inquiries to adequately grow their locations. This individual shall report to the Chief Marketing Officer, while working hands-on with various partners to execute various public relations, video marketing, among other tactics managed from Hubspot and our (POS) point of sale systems.
Social Media Marketing/ Management:
Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media ads / campaigns via HubSpot
Manage all Google and Facebook ads, optimizing them and improving their CPL, CAC, and customer lifetime value
Support all storefront locations with their marketing requests, providing weekly reports about their campaigns
Execute appropriate budget for promoting social media posts, per leadership direction
Assist with creating content, including designing posts, video and images for use on social media
Engage in email and text campaigns using Hubspot, RingCentral, Zenoti, and other platforms
Create drip campaigns and automated emails to influence storefront client retention
Work with other team members to ensure branding is consistent & well managed at each location
Qualifications & Skills:
Must excel in graphic design by dominating the use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign
Tech-savvy with basic understanding of customer relationship management, specifically using software such as Salesforce or Hubspot
Superb verbal and written communication skills to conduct brand training and enhance our appeal via webinars, videos, and other training tools
Able to embrace analytical reports in order to connect the dots from various data sources and improve digital marketing performance on Facebook and Google Ads
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
5 years of experience in a design, marketing or communications role
