Job Description

Position: Client & Administrative Support

Location: Miami, FL - Brickell

Pay: $17 - 22/hr. 40 hours/week; hours vary by day or part-time (25 hours).

What We Are Looking For

Liquivida® is looking for a proactive English and Spanish speaker who can tell others about the benefits of good nutrition in a busy world while helping other team members get things done. This individual must look sharp and possess a winning attitude to convert inbound leads into loyal clients for our flagship and franchise locations. In addition, this individual will be responsible for supporting the management team to complete tasks that will help us proliferate.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to complete administrative support tasks and answer online and phone queries from potential customers and other team members.
  • Be comfortable working on the Internet, using various web-based applications that help us manage our prospect and customer relationships (Training provided).
  • Organized and able to schedule client appointments and complete client paperwork promptly.
  • Attention to detail to support other team members and follow up with pending inquiries from prospects who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Provide superb customer service to anyone who enters our flagship location in Middletown, Princeton, Marlboro, and Ridgewood New Jersey.

Education/Experience Need

  • High school diploma or GED.

Recommended Experience/Certifications

  • English and Spanish (preferred, but not required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in customer service or sales.
  • Retail experience is welcomed.
  • Medical experience is not required.
