At the macro level, North America dominated the anti-aging services market with a share of 42.7% in 2019. This is due to a rising aged population, as well as Generation Y, who are more concerned about beauty, wellness, and physical appearance.

The global medical spa market was valued at US$11.1 billion in 2017, and was projected to reach US$27.6 billion by 2025, which implied a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.2% over the period, according to a report published by Allied Market Research. 


Despite obvious slowdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the medical aesthetics and anti-aging industries are set to rebound at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8% from 2021 and reach $430.6 billion in 2023. Liquivida Lounge® saw a sharp increase in IV nutrition sales as a result.
