Treating Erectile Dysfunction the Liquivida Way

Performance. It shows up in every area of our lives—from work to play. There’s always an expectation to live up to, even if it’s our own. This is especially true in the bedroom.

For men, erectile dysfunction (ED) may not just lead to underperformance in the bedroom but can impact the quality of life in other areas as well. Fortunately, there are options available to restore sexual function and they don’t all begin and end with prescription medication.

At Liquivida, our focus is on creating vitality from the inside out. We are quickly becoming a go-to source for alternative treatment options, offering several paths to treatment for erectile dysfunction. The top priority is to uncover the root cause of your erectile dysfunction so we can treat the source and not just the symptoms.

What causes erectile dysfunction?

For most men, ED is caused by physical problems, usually related to the blood supply of the penis. The causes of erectile dysfunction vary, but according to the National Institute of Health, they can be divided into four categories: Diseases and Conditions, Medications, Psychological/Emotional Issues, and Health-related Factors and Behaviors.

You’re not alone…

You’re not alone

According to the NIH, erectile dysfunction is a prevalent and multifaceted condition that predominantly afflicts males beyond 40 years, with its prevalence escalating globally. The Massachusetts Male Aging Study estimated that, in 1995, over 152 million men worldwide experienced ED, and for 2025, the prevalence of ED is predicted to be approximately 322 million worldwide.

Based on the numbers, sexual wellness is in a state of decline worldwide, but promising advances have occurred in both diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction that are changing the narrative.

How do you fix erectile dysfunction?

Conventional solutions, like prescription drugs, offer a temporary fix but can be accompanied by a host of potential side effects. For medications like tadalafil (Cialis), and sildenafil (Viagra),  patients can experience mild side effects like headaches and dizziness to more severe ones that negatively impact vision and hearing or even cause priapism (erections that last longer than 4 hours).

Prescription medications may work perfectly well for some, but the key to medications is knowing if they are right for you. While the drugs may treat your ED, they may not be good for your body’s chemical makeup. It’s important to go through a full screening process, including medical history and blood pressure readings to get a thorough physical assessment and determine if you’re a good candidate for a particular medication.

Treating ED the Liquivida Way

Liquivida offers more than a bandaid to mask the symptoms of ED. During a comfortable and private conversation/consultation with one of our qualified professionals, we’ll do a comprehensive assessment to determine the root cause, then analyze the data to discuss the best options for you, including:

  • GAINSWave® - this innovative procedure utilizes high-frequency, low-intensity sound waves to stimulate blood flow to the penis. It is completely safe, non-invasive, and doesn’t require taking any kind of blue pill. The treatment, also designed to remove micro plaque and stimulate new blood vessel growth, boasts a 75% success rate. The treatment takes about 15 to 20 minutes, during which you will generate new blood vessels, break down plaque in existing blood vessels, and grow new blood cells. You may feel results right away but it is recommended to do about 6-12 sessions to get the optimum results.
  • P-Shot - a shot derived from platelet-rich plasma. Once removed from the patient’s blood, the plasma is injected into the penis to improve erections.
  • PT-141 - a synthetic peptide also known as Bremelanotide is used to treat sexual dysfunction in men and women. For men, it’s used to correct erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
  • Regenerative Proteins: A cutting-edge regenerative treatment from umbilical cord tissue that helps to restore vitality by healing and rejuvenating tissues involved in the erection quality. Improve your intimacy with the power of natural cell communication to enhance performance and confidence.

“At Liquivida, we take patient care seriously. We offer a relaxed environment where anyone can come to receive one of our treatments. For all of our medical procedures, we have licensed medical professionals on staff to administer the treatments and ensure they are done properly.”

Which ED treatment is best for you depends on factors including current health, pre-existing conditions, the extent of the condition, tolerance for certain therapies, and age. The main takeaways here are these:

ED isn’t uncommon.

ED is generally a physical problem caused by medical conditions, medications and diseases.

It’s time to approach the ED conversation just like you would any other medical topic with a wellness professional.
