Tour Reservation Policy

Every client is required to provide a valid credit card to reserve a tour. This information will be obtained when we contact you to lock-in a date and time that works for you.
Your credit card will not be charged unless you violate the Tour Reservation Policy as outlined here:

  1. If you cancel a scheduled tour less than 1 hour prior to your reservation, you will be charged $25.
  2. If you fail to arrive for a scheduled tour, you will be charged $25.
  3. If you are a No call/No show for a scheduled tour, you will be charged $25.

We understand that emergencies happen, so in the event of an emergency or a situation out of your control, management may authorize this $25 fee be waived.

How much does it cost?

We offer many options depending on your needs. Don't worry, our highly trained staff will ask the right questions to recommend the best membership for you!

Currently, our 6-month Enlightened Living Memberships range from $7,500 to $20,000.

How many packages are there?

Currently, we have four very inclusive options to choose from:

1. Living (Standard): This package is for the person who is interested in taking a "good look under the hood" in order to optimize their wellness for longevity.

2. Wellness: This package is for the person who is interested in a "root cause analysis" to their wellness struggles and personalized treatment solutions. Whether you're looking to lose body fat, build lean mass, or just feel amazing, this option is for you!

3. Metabolic: This package is for the person who is interested in taking their fitness to the next level. If you want to improve your body composition and athletic performance to become a fat-torching lean-muscle-building machine, this option is for you.

4. Aesthetic: This package is for the person who is interested in looking their best from the inside-out! If you're into the latest toxins, cellular therapies, and aesthetic procedures then this option is for you!

What's included in the Labs & Genetic Testing?

Each package comes with our signature 17-page Liquivida® Cardiometabolic Panel. From there, we have also added more sophisticated epigenetic panels for Gut Health, Nutrition, Heavy Metals, Environmental Toxins, and more!

Depending on the package you choose, you will receive up to 3 assessments for each testing panel during your membership!

How often can I contact my care team?

Your Wellness Concierge will be your guide throughout your journey. This person will be dedicated to answering your questions and helping you navigate changes recommended by the clinicians in your care team.

You will have scheduled follow-ups with your Concierge, Physician, Esthetician, Metabolic Specialist, and other clinicians involved in your care along the way according to your needs. This will be outlined in your Care Plan, and your Concierge will help keep you on track so you don't miss a thing!
