Frequently Asked Questions
What Is Your Upgrade and Add On Policy?
If you would like to upgrade or add on a service, the monthly price of the membership will be applied to the overall price. For example: if you would like to upgrade from a silver membership basic facial to a gold package advanced facial, the $55 would be applied to the standard price and you would pay the difference.
What Are My Payment Options?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for the recurring monthly fees. HSA is also accepted. Insurance is not accepted due to the cosmetic nature of the services offered.
What Is Your Membership Cancellation Policy?
We require a 30-day notice when canceling monthly memberships. We do not offer prorated refunds. If the membership is canceled in the middle of the month, then you will be able to use the services until the end of the month. Your membership cancellation will take effect starting the 1st of the next month.
What is your service cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour cancellation for any aesthetic or facial procedure. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours then the client will be charged a $50 fee. Currently, there is no charge for IM and IV same-day cancellations. This policy is subject to change at any time.
